Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Do I have to sign up for a membership or a session or can I drop in for classes?
A: Drop ins are welcome to any class that is listed as Drop In Friendly on our class schedule.  Drop in to your appropriate level, and if you have a question, call us.

Q: If I sign up for a semester long class, do I come multiple classes per week, or just once?
A: Students can sign up for more than one class. and payment is on a class by class basis.  For example, if you register for the Tuesday Level 1 Silks class at 7:15-8:15pm, you will attend ONLY the Tuesday night class every week.  In other words, you will not come to the other silks classes during the week on Wednesdays and Fridays unless you pay to attend them.

Q: How do I sign up for a class?
A: You can pay online using our paypal button.  You will click here and enter in a payment amount for the price of the class listed on the class schedule page.  Then fill out this registration form and you are all set.

Q: I want to take aerial classes but I don't have any upper body strength.
A: Come to aerial conditioning and you will see a dramatic improvement in your upper body and core strength.  We recommend coming to 4-6 weeks of Aerial Conditioning as a way to set yourself up for success in the aerial arts.  You will LOVE IT! We offer Aerial Conditioning several times a week because it is necessary for injury prevention and will help you improve your strength and stamina.  FAA expects all students and instructors to attend Aerial Conditioning!
